CBA Netbank download issue

One of our users has reported a problem with downloading data for reconciliation into Agrimaster for credit cards, debit cards and a home loan using the export data between dates option.  Has anyone else using CBA Netbank encountered any problems with this ?  If so please contact support line on 1300 786 516 as we would like to investigate this issue further
