Agrimaster 'running slowly'?

Are you running any of these programmes on your PC:-

  • Microsoft Security Essentials
  • Windows Defender
  • Other Microsoft equivalent anti-virus programmes or
  • Malwarebytes Anti-Malware?

We have had a number of recent support queries from clients reporting the following symptoms with Agrimaster:

  • Agrimaster programme running very slowly
  • Some screens look 'different'
  • When creating an entry the Date has been set to Jan 1900 or 1 Dec 1890.

We have identified these issues are due to a range of anti-virus programmes not allowing Agrimaster to run correctly.

The resolution to this issue is to add Agrimaster to the exclusion list (or exception list).

You will need to add both directory/locations

c:\users\public\agrimaster\

and

c:\program files(x86)\agrimaster\
